Why did no one pick up the phone?
After careful consideration, we have decided to limit our phone call support and shift our focus to more efficient communication channels such as our chat box / WhatsApp.
With a smaller team handling support and walk-in customers simultaneously, using a chat system allows us to refer to a chat history and quickly understand the situation without the need for repeated explanations.
Furthermore, many issues can be more effectively addressed through the sharing of photos, links, therefore, 90% of phone calls will eventually be redirected to WhatsApp.
